​I provide therapy services under contract with Aetna commercial health insurance plans, including Meritain Health. For all other insurance plans and for assessments, I offer private-pay services as an out-of-network (OON) provider. For private pay clients with OON benefits, your insurance may reimburse you for a portion of your therapy costs after you meet any deductible that applies. I recommend that you contact your insurance provider to confirm the details of any benefits you wish to use (both in-network and out-of-network) before beginning services. 

 

Need help USING OON benefits? 

I offer two approaches to help you take advantage of OON benefits. If you want to work directly with your insurance company, I can provide a “superbill” (a detailed bill of your therapy costs) that you can submit on your own. Alternatively, for most insurances, I can submit OON claims to your insurance company for you ("courtesy billing").

Payment Options

I accept major credit/debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. In many cases, you can use your Flexible Spending or Health Savings Account for therapy services. Cash or check payments can be arranged in special situations.
