ABOUT

MEET DR. TIFFANY

New Headshot.JPG

I am a licensed clinical psychologist (Virginia license #0810008823) specializing in child therapy and parent support. In the future, I also plan to offer psychological testing for students of all ages (elementary through college) to provide recommendations for academic and emotional struggles.

My extensive training in developmental and clinical psychology gives me a strong understanding of both typical and atypical development. As a developmental psychologist, I worked as a university professor for over a decade, teaching classes on child development and managing a research lab focused on children and media, with an emphasis on parent-child interaction. Observations of hundreds of parents and young children solidified my belief in the importance of early relationships with caregivers and inspired me to pursue a clinical degree so that I can work directly with children and families. As a therapist, I strive to offer families the support and knowledge they need to help their child succeed with their therapy goals.
