Parent therapy group supporting caregivers of children and teens with managing behavioral and emotional challenges. This group also focuses on strengthening the parent-child relationship and coping with parenting stress.

The group meets during the lunch hour on Tuesdays or Thursdays (12:05-12:50pm). Participation involves a 20-30 minute individual initial session ($25) to sign consent forms and ensure a fit with your needs. The group will meet for 45 minutes once each week for 6 weeks during the lunch hour ($50 per session). Feel free to bring your lunch!
