Welcome! I am Dr. Tiffany Pempek Rahl, a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in therapy for children, adolescents, and parents. From my office in downtown Lexington, Virginia, I provide individual and group therapy services for children and adolescents in preschool through 8th grade. I also serve caregivers seeking support with parenting stress and challenges. Beginning in the spring of 2026, I will offer psychological assessments for children and adults.
